Ana Gardiner returns to private practice rather than fight misconduct complaint

Broward Circuit Judge Ana Gardiner on Friday ends her 12-year tenure as a judge, effectively halting a judicial misconduct complaint against her but remaining vulnerable to disciplinary action by the body that governs attorney conduct in Florida.
