Prosecutors won't back Miami police on four corruption arrests

MIAMI -- Miami-Dade County prosecutors said Friday that they will not pursue fraud charges against four employees of nonprofit agencies who were the subject of controversial arrests by the Miami Police Department's ballyhooed anti-corruption squad.
