Teen charged with fatally stabbing mother’s lover will remain in juvenile detention

Berenice Juarez, 16, had a plan that was basic but lethal, police say: Text her mother's lover pretending to be her and ask for an early-morning meeting. Knock on the SUV window when he arrived. Plunge the knife in his chest. Toss the weapon.
